These terms are between you and Avifa Infotech Private Limited. The product prepares evidence for your own self-audit. It is not legal advice, not a warranty that a site complies with law, and not an approval by the Central Consumer Protection Authority or the Government of India.

You may scan a public homepage. A deep scan, a checkout journey, and a grievance address require you to control the domain. You are responsible for the grievance officer you name and for the clocks in the E-Commerce Rules. We send the copy of a recorded complaint. A failure of this software does not move your duty to the consumer onto us.

The price is ₹4,999 per site per year, plus GST. Liability for a paid site is capped at the fees you paid for that site in the previous 12 months. Courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction. Indian law applies.
